How should the work move?

A workflow is a set of decisions about who is responsible for what. We design the enhanced version of your process so that responsibility, review, and approval are obvious to everyone in it.

We map what happens today without dramatizing it. The process may be inefficient. That does not mean the person running it is.

Enhanced workflow design

We redesign the flow so repetitive movement of information disappears and the judgment stays where it belongs.

Responsibility clarity

Every step is labeled HUMAN, AI, SHARED, or APPROVAL. Nobody should have to guess who owns a task.

Exceptions and escalation

Real work has exceptions. We design for them explicitly rather than assuming the happy path.
